Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before using or obtaining any content, products or services through Pogby.com (the "Site"). Your use of the Site constitutes your assent to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.


1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE. The Pogby Referral Bonus Program ("PRB Program") allows you to refer a potential venue to Pogby for engagement of our services. Within 2 months of your referral, if the Venue contacts us on your behalf and becomes a Pogby customer, you will receive a $50 cash back notification that will be reimbursed to you after you book an event directly on www.pogby.com and complete the event. In order to receive the cash back award, the event must be booked on www.pogby.com and completed within 12 months of the notification date.

2. REFERRED VENUES. The Referred Venue must be a US based business with whom you have a pre-existing relationship. You may not obtain names for referrals from group email addresses, third party bulk mailing lists, customer lists, or similar resources. You may not send unsolicited e-mails (*"Spam").

3. BONUS REQUIREMENTS. In order for you to receive a Bonus, the Referred Venue must: (1) sign up for the Pogby service through the venue referral link provided by Pogby; (2) be a new customer and not have an existing contract with Pogby; (3) Go through our sales process up to and including becoming an active customer on www.pogby.com. All of these steps must be completed prior to you being eligible for a Bonus.

Pogby may discontinue or modify the PRB Program at any time. In the event that the PRB Program is discontinued, you will receive the Bonus for any Referred Venue that has satisfied all of the requirements of this section prior to the 30 days after the discontinuation date of the PRB Program. The PRB Program is only available in the United States.

4. BONUS AMOUNT. The amount of the Bonus is a one time payment of $50 USD for each Referred Venue meeting the Bonus Requirements. The Cash Back will be issued check within 1 month of completion of an event booked directly on www.pogby.com. The bonus will be issued in the form of a check or discount off the event price, issued upon a successful event booked on www.pogby.com and expires 12 months after the date of issuance. An individual is limited to a maximum of 10 PRB Program Bonuses in a calendar year.


5. COMPLIANCE WITH TERMS AND CONDITIONS. By participating in the PRB Program you agree to be subject to all of the terms and conditions of the PRB Program, the Pogby Terms Of Use and the Pogby Privacy Policy.
